Teaching and learning activities must be well-planned to ensure that students have the motivation to learn, which leads to optimal learning outcomes. Therefore, lesson planning requires special attention, particularly in managing the classroom during Arabic language lessons. Arabic is a challenging subject, leading to a lack of interest among many students. Thus, support from various parties, especially Arabic language teachers, is essential for optimizing classroom management. This study aims to identify classroom management strategies that enhance learning motivation in Arabic language lessons for 11th-grade students at IAI Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings of this study are The classroom management strategies employed by Arabic language teachers to increase students' learning motivation include creating a conducive teaching and learning environment with principles of warmth and enthusiasm, challenges, and an emphasis on positive aspects, organizing the learning space, and managing teaching and learning interactions. The intrinsic motivation of the students stems from their awareness of the importance of learning Arabic, while extrinsic motivation comes from rewards/recognition, diligent study peers, and the teacher’s demeanor, which plays a significant role in enhancing students' learning motivation.
